Based on observation and interview, the facility failed to maintain smoke barrier walls to provide at least a one half hour fire resistance rating. Findings:

1. A tour of the facility was conducted on 07/07/22, the two smoke walls located on 2 East had penetrations on both sides of the walls.

2. The Facilities Manager was present during the tour of the facility and he acknowledged the unsealed penetrations in the smoke walls.
