Based on a review of the records and discussions with the safety manager during the facility walk through on February 14, 2013, it was noted that the facility had not conducted fire drills quarterly on each shift for the past year (2012). There were three shifts per quarter, which should have been a total of 12 fire drills conducted. yet only 9 were documented. During discussions with the safety manager, it was noted that this was listed as a deficiency during the CMMS Health Survey conducted on site on January 9, 2013, and a plan of correction has been provided by the facility for this deficiency to the Health Survey.
