Based on observation and interview, the facility failed to maintain pre-existing eight foot wide corridors used as exit access as follows:

On the second floor in the West corridor leading from the labor and delivery area to the main corridor one bed was stored reducing the corridor width from eight feet to five feet. The Maintenance Director stated on 12/13/12, I'll look into why that bed is there. On 12/14/12 the bed was still stored in this area.
