Based on observation the facility failed to provide an acceptable separation between hazardous areas and the rest of the building.
The inspector observed while accompanied by the Director of Plant Operations and the Director of Ancillary Services during the hours of the inspection from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm that there was a storage closet in the lab that requires a closer, and a " darkroom " that is now used for storage in mammography that requires a closer.
