Between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm, while accompanied by the Director of Facilities, an unfinished are of the building was netered. The inspector observed the corridor side of the wall was finsihed with gypsum board to deck, but the opposite side of the wall did not have any gypsum board. Unfinished areas are considered storage rooms and must therefore be rated.

Based on observation the facility failed to provide an acceptable cross referencing of the fire alarm control panel and the panel and breaker supplying power.

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Director of Facilites, during the hours of the inspection from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm that there was not cross referencing of the fire alarm control panel and the panel and breaker supplying power. The fire alarm control panel must have a label indicating the panel and breaker supplying power and the breaker in the electrical panel must have a label adjacent to the breaker indicating " FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT CONTROL " and the breaker shall be colored red.

A. Review of records revealed the Hospital Licensing Standard 133.162 (d)(3)(D)(ii) is not met.

The Standard: Record log indicating filter changes for Air Handling Units must be kept.

Findings: The inspector observed between 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm that there were no records of the filter changes for the Air Handling Units.

B. Review of records revealed NFPA 99, 11-5.3.2 is not met.

The Standard: A letter form indicating preferred customer status must be provided for emergency water and fule.

Findings: Interview with the Director of Facilites, between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm revealed a letter of preferred cusomer status has not been obtained for the emergency fuel source.

Between the hours of 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm, the inspector observed that items required to be on the Life Safety Panel were located on it. Items not indicated on the Life Safety Panel are the medical gas alarm, the generator alarm and the generator battery charger. Location of the Generator battery charger was indicated to be on the Critical Panel.
