Based on review of documentation and discussions with the plant director during the facility survey on 06/28/2012, it was noted that testing of the electrical receptacles in patient care areas was not being performed at regular intervals as required by NFPA 99(1999) 3-3.3.3. testing shall be as follows; annually for general care areas and wet locations; semi-annually for critical care areas. A record shall be maintained of the tests performed.
