During a tour of the facility, the surveyor observed that the facility failed to provide an approved method to ensure appliances that are protected under the hood, if they are moved, they are returned to the approved design location. The following appliances are affected:

2. The deep fryer

Findings include:
During a tour of the facility, the surveyor observed all full time magnetic locked egress doors failed to automatically unlock upon loss of power to the fire alarm system.
