During the follow-up visit from 04/09/2013 through 04/10/2013, additional findings were as follows:
Based on record review and interview, the facility failed to include communication and resolution time frames in its grievance process.
Findings include:
Review of facility policy titled, "Patient Complaint," revealed no time frames for communication with the complainant and no time frames for resolution of complaints.
During an interview on 4/10/13 at 11:00am, staff #1 confirmed this finding.
