The surveyor observed, while accompanied by the Plant Operations Director during the hours of the inspection from 1:10 pm to 4:45 pm on 8/8/2017 that the fire alarm circuit breaker in the life safety panel was not properly identified per the following requirements.
''The circuit breaker at the electrical panel board for the fire alarm shall have a red marking, shall be accessible only to authorized personnel, and shall be identified as ''FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT CONTROL'' '' - NFPA 72, 2010: 10.5.5.2.2

The surveyor observed, while accompanied by the Plant Operations Director during the hours of the inspection from 1:10 pm to 4:45 pm on 8/8/2017 that there was a sprinkler head in the kitchen storage that did not have a minimum of 18 inches of clear space between the sprinkler head and the storage rack.

The surveyorr observed, while accompanied by the Plant Operations Director during the hours of the inspection from 1:10 pm to 4:45 pm on 8/8/2017 that the critical care receptacles need permanent labels per the following requirements.
''All critical care area receptacles shall be identified. The face plate for the receptacle(s) shall have a non-removable label or be engraved indicating the panel and circuit number.'' - Hospital Licensing Rules, 133.162 (d)(5)(H)(vi). Here non-removable means that it cannot be peeled off with a fingernail.
